Embroidery

Embroidery is a technique of decorating promotional products by intertwining threads to create patterns, logos, texts and other graphics. This technique is often used to promote brands and personalize products such as T-shirts, caps, jackets, towels, bags, etc. The embroidery process includes the following steps:

Preparation of the design: First, you need to prepare the design you want to embroider on the product. The design is usually created on the computer and converted to a format compatible with the embroidery machine. Technical aspects of embroidery, such as size, number of colors and use of different stitches, should also be taken into account when preparing a design.

Digitizing the design: The design is then digitized using specialized embroidery software. This step converts the design into a machine-readable format that allows the embroidery machine to follow the patterns and stitches.

Product preparation: The product you want to embroider on must be prepared. This involves tensioning the material to ensure stability and an even surface for embroidery. The product may already be finished or the embroidery may need to be done before final processing (e.g. before sewing a T-shirt).

Embroidery Machine Setting: The embroidery machine is set according to the selected design, desired number of colors, embroidery size, etc. In this, special embroideries (fibers) are used, which are attached to the machine.

Embroidery: The product is placed on the embroidery machine, where the machine automatically executes patterns and stitches according to the prepared design. The machine uses needles that push the embroidery through the material and form the desired patterns, shapes and texts.

Finishing: After embroidery, the product is checked and any finishing treatments such as cutting excess threads, ironing, steaming or cleaning the product are carried out to ensure quality and aesthetic appearance.
